Microprocessor-controlled moisture detector suitable for measuring wood and construction materials.

The FMW measures the moisture level when the back side of the instrument is held against the material to be measured for half a second.

Because the specific density of the wood can be entered in the FMW all wood species can be measured extremely accurately. The FMW can be set for wood ranging between 250 and 1100 kg/m³. For measuring contruction materials the FMW has a relative scale.

The FMW can be supplemented with a calibration set allowing you to check the meter for ISO 9000/9001 conformity at any time.

Because the FMW measures the wood just by touching it, and due to the high-frequency measuring technology, the FMW moisture meter will take measurements without damaging paint layers or building plastic. This makes the FMW moisture meter ideal for final and rapid inspections!
