Machine strength grading at line speed.

mtgESCAN measures the dynamic modulus of elasticity of every board as it travels through your sorting line — at up to 180 boards per minute, without contact, using settings approved for CE marking under EN 14081.

In a mill running at full production, a grading step that cannot keep pace is not a quality measure but a bottleneck. mtgESCAN is built for that situation: continuous grading, integrated into the cross conveyor you already have, producing an approved strength class for every piece without slowing the line down to get it.

The property it measures is the one that governs the grade. Stiffness cannot be seen, and visual assessment can only infer it from the features that happen to be visible. mtgESCAN determines it directly, from the physical response of each individual board.
